If you’re one of those people who wants to have a destination wedding, but don’t want to travel hundreds of miles outside of your hometown, Emerson Fields is the place for you! It’s a hidden gem in the middle of the Missouri countryside, Excello to be exact. This venue has a lot of natural light and white ceilings, giving a bright and modern feel to the traditional farm wedding style.
Emerson Fields prides itself on giving each couple the space to fully enjoy their wedding, not just on one day– but for the whole weekend. Every couple that books with the venue has access to the property for the full weekend, from noon on Friday to Sunday at noon. When I met Amelia, the owner, she told me, “we are not a wedding factory” and I could not relate more!
There are four main spaces on the property that you can have access to for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and heck even a day-after brunch! The venue offers the main ballroom space, a dock with a lake view, the actual field with lots of greenery, and the pavilion.
The rental fee includes all the tables and chairs you may need, white tablecloths, set up, tear down, ceremony arbor or cross, indoor and outdoor sound systems, and various decor and furnishings.
The venue offers a variety of pricing based on the amount of guests that will plan to attend the wedding. The maximum guest count allowed at the property is 300. The rental fee for up to 300 guests is $11,000 for the full 48 hour weekend.
For weddings with up to 250 guests, the rental fee is $10,200. For weddings with up to 200 guests, the rental fee is $9,400. For weddings with up to 150 guests, the fee is $8,800. For weddings with up to 100 guests, the fee is $8,200. And for weddings with up to 75 guests, the fee is $7,600.
