This venue showcases exposed brick, black exposed beams, 100 year old Florida Birch floors, and mahogany restored windows. With all of the windows you will be given ample natural light as well as stunning Tampa views.
Fariss Events has a beautiful white built-in bar, modern couches through-out the rooms, for comfortable seating, and a gorgeous spiral staircase. While the bar is built-in, they do allow outside catering for your event.
With two function spaces and a capacity of up to 150 guests, Fariss Events might just be the perfect event space for you.
For a 12 hour package rental at this venue, pricing starts at $6,000. The rental includes the use of both spaces, setup and teardown time, tables, chairs, high top tables, and a house manager.
