For intimate weddings, the Q Room is perfect. This space can accommodate up to 70 guests. It has 12-foot ceilings and a private patio in this contemporary designed space. It is the perfect, blank slate to make your intimate wedding exactly what you are dreaming of.
The Grand Oak Pavillion seats up to 200 guests. It is glass enclosed on two sides with panoramic views of the grounds. This indoor space also has a captivating garden terrace and a pre-function area with a cozy fireplace, and of course more stunning views.
The largest indoor space at the Hyatt Lodge is the Prairie Ballroom. This space can seat up to 300 guests and will also include the pre-function area with a fireplace. This elegant, modern space has floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, enhanced with beautiful chandeliers. A separate AV booth is included with the Prairie Ballroom for all light and sound needs during your wedding.
Wedding rentals with the Hyatt Lodge include: white or ivory linens, votive candles, four hours of open bar, a champagne toast, cake, hors d'oeuvres, wine service, and a four or five course dinner. Guests will receive a discounted rate when booking their stay at the Hyatt Lodge. The newly-wed couple will be given a complimentary stay in the Hyatt Lodge’s king bedded guest room.
