Madison Barn is owned and run by a local family. In fact, the barn was named after the family’s great-great-grandfather, James Madison. As with any family-owned business, you can be assured that they will care for your wedding as if it were their own; that is one of the perks of supporting small businesses! Madison Barn is located about 24 minutes outside of Tampa, making it simple for guests to fly in, but also feel like they are in a more private setting outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Madison Barn can comfortably seat up to 150 guests in the space. A perk is that the inside of the barn is air-conditioned and heated, which is a perfect option to have in the case of rain or other weather mishaps that may occur on your wedding day. Renting this venue also gives you access to two getting-ready suites, perfect for both partners to get ready separately if needed.
When we say that the Madison Barn is all-inclusive, we mean it is all inclusive! Their all inclusive packages include: 5 hour rental, getting-ready suites, tables, benches, chairs, sweetheart table option, cake, ceremony arbor, firepit, firewood, parking, shuttle service, table decor, sparkler send off, DJ, officiant, photographer, planner, coordinator, set-up, teardown, 1-hour wedding rehearsal, bar, catering, photo booth, and flowers. It truly is a one stop shop! The only things not included are alcohol and wedding insurance.
