Engaged couples want their wedding venue to be perfect for them and their vision. You want a space where you can make the venue reflect YOU, whether you want your wedding to be extravagant and decked out in all of the bling, or more laidback with minimal decor. Now imagine having three spaces under one roof! Ten thousand square feet of your dream day coming to life. That is Mae District in Chicago, Illinois.
You can feel the history of Mae District, but it also gives you a modern blank slate for you to be creative. Steel beams, brick walls, hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and all the natural light. You have no limits on the direction you can take this venue: elegant, modern, minimalist, or bohemian. The possibilities are endless!
The venue holds 250 seated guests and provides chameleon chairs, chameleon bar stools, round tables, cocktail tables, six-foot tables, eight-foot tables, wi-fi, and we can’t forget about the built-in marble bars.
They also have draped partitions, adjustable lighting, a getting-ready space, event planning, catering, valet, and security available.
The venue rental fee depends on the day of the week you choose. During peak season (April-December) pricing for Sunday-Thursday is $5,500. For Fridays the rental price is $6,000; and for Saturdays it is $6,500.
For off-season pricing (January-March), venue tours, and more information you can visit Mae District’s website. Their website also includes a list of their preferred vendors to work with!
We try to keep these blog posts as up to date as possible, but the pricing can change at any time at the venue’s discretion.
