The Crossroads is probably one of my most favorite neighborhoods in Kansas City. The neighborhood is notable for its richness in art with lots of murals at and trendy local businesses. If you have the heart of an artist that has always wanted to have a wedding in the epicenter of an arts based neighborhood, then The Monarch Room is the venue for you!
The Monarch Room boasts ceilings that are 16 feet tall, large windows instead of closed walls to showcase the gorgeous Kansas City skyline, two suites perfect for you + your boo to get ready on site, and, of course, their event space that can hold up to 250 guests.
The venue offers a variety of different price ranges to host your wedding. Every package includes the following: tables, chairs, linens, setting up, tearing down, down lighting to match your wedding colors, and decor rentals.
All of The Monarch Room’s pricing includes access to the venue the day of the wedding from 10am to midnight, as well as parking.
Saturdays during peak season (March-November) are available for $4800. Saturdays in the off-season (December-February) are available for $3800.
Fridays and Sundays during peak season (March- November) are available for $4200. Fridays and Sundays in the off-season (December-February) are available for $2800.
The venue is also available for rentals during the week (Monday- Thursday) for $2800. This pricing is valid all year long except on holidays, which would require custom pricing.
We try to keep our blog posts as updated as possible, but the pricing is subject to change at the venue’s discretion. For more information, tours, and availability, contact The Monarch Room directly through their website here.
